Hi and welcome to my site!
My name is Zeena and I have an infectious love for yoga, eating green and all things that help us to live life well. I am passionate about exploring and sharing the benefits that a regular yoga practice can bring to us both on and off the mat and have made it my life mission to share this with as many people as possible. Through my own daily practice, I have discovered that when we are able to take what we learn on the mat and apply these principles into our everyday life, we can start to create a life that flows effortlessly.
After having practiced yoga for over 20 years, I followed a natural instinct to change career paths, from practising dentistry as a general dental surgeon to becoming a yoga teacher in 2013, undertaking the Triyoga 200hr RYT Teacher Training course, accredited by The British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance UK.
Based from London, I welcome both beginners and more seasoned practitioners to my classes, which I feel are a playground to have fun as well as to pick up tools to build a strong, happy body, to live a strong and happy life.
I follow the Ashtanga lineage and practice daily with my teacher, Hamish Hendry in London, to whom she offers the deepest of gratitudes. I also undertakes international travel to study with Eileen Hall in Sydney, Australia and locally with Authorised KPJAYI teachers to deepen my knowledge of the Ashtanga yoga method.

One to one classes are the perfect way to work with Zeena within a bespoke framework of prescriptive postures. As a follower of the Ashtanga method, Zeena harnesses on the principles of opening the body by working with a free flowing breath and a focused looking point to help practitioners discover a more personalised approach to their practice. Private sessions can help beginners to learn basic postures and build confidence and more seasoned practitioners are able to focus on and refine their awareness within both foundational and more challenging postures. These classes also offer a great opportunity to delve into the philosophy and more meditative aspects of the yoga practice. Why not book a class for yourself or give this as a gift to someone looking for a more personal approach to learning yoga!
Classes start from £55 – £90 depending upon time required and location.
Ashtanga yoga is the perfect method for teams to practice together. Practicing the same sequence each session, adding on postures as the students become stronger, a sense of shared experience, community and support starts to grow. By bringing yoga classes into the workplace you are investing in the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of your employees and colleagues. Yoga can help to improve mood, reduce stress, increase mental clarity and focus and even help to give you a better night’s sleep ensuring you and your colleagues bounce back into work after every class!
